GBRT : West Indies 2013

Gaz was recently horrified to discover that he's been shooting for twenty three years, having started at Uppingham School in 1989. After the Athelings tour in 1994, the step up to senior honours had to wait until a return to Canada in 2006 with GB. His proudest moments include representing Wales at the 2006 and 2010 Commonwealth Games, and he’s looking to make it three in a row in 2014.

Gaz has won four Welsh Championships and the occasional pot during the Imperial Meeting. Team achievements include shooting all of the 'Big 5' in 2011. Of particular excitement on this, Gaz's first trip to the West Indies, is the opportunity to catch the selectors' notice for a third Australia Match.

Away from the range, Gaz is husband to Katrina and father to Samuel and Isaac.  He looks forward to the day that they are old enough to watch Star Wars with him for the first time. Non-ballistic hobbies include cookery and wine.
